Women’s Abuse & Trauma Support Group
The Women’s Group provides emotional support and skill-building for those dealing with depression, anxiety, grief & loss, or relationship difficulties.
The group is led by professionals trained in the group treatment approach for survivors of interpersonal and complex trauma. They focus on

Psychoeducation- learning about the impact of trauma on mind, body, & spirit

Coping skills to establish safety and stabilization
-
Interpersonal processing of mood issues such as anxiety, depression, panic, anger, guilt, jealousy, and shame
Meets every Thursday 5:30 - 7:00 PM.
Intensive Outpatient Services
Group meetings are held four nights a week to address
mental health, chemical dependency, and dual diagnosis challenges. This group includes men and women (ages 17 and older).

Provides tools & support in overcoming disordered thinking and behaviors

Comprehensive curriculum (12 or 24-week) addresses
all facets of the recovery process

Includes individual counseling, accountability, and urinalysis outside of the 90-minute psychoeducation and group sessions

Support Group for Single Moms
No need for sitters, sessions are held via TeleMental Health Conference Calls.

First Responders Support Group
This support group is free of charge to all first responders, veterans, and military personnel. Meetings are held on Wednesday nights from 6:30 - 8:30.
The group is led by counseling professionals who guide participants in processing:

Occupation-specific risk factors

Trauma-related emotional survival

The symptoms and struggles of PTSD

Depression and Substance Abuse

Stress and anger management
-
Self-care and healthy transitions
Meets every other Wednesday 6:30 - 8:00 PM.

No groups will meet the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's.
